Since Libraries are now a thing in game, could you be talked in to converting this ?

Dean's Office...A statue of the uni founder to place on the quad...a "park" service that can be placed as the quad.

I've been toying with the notion of a "University" district in my city and these assets did the trick. Although wrought with an imminently recognizable American university aesthetic, seeing them reminded me of my own alma mater which dates back to pre-antebellum. One thought on another service you may consider adding: during the civil war the college I attended had become a makeshift field hospital and subsequently a civil war graveyard became a central feature just off the quad. Also, you could add an astronomy lab...or an English Department, Dammit! Just because an English Degree isn't worth the paper it's printed on is no reason to ignore a central pillar of the humanities in Western culture! Or, maybe they tore them all down already.

Do you have balanced cost versions of these modular university assets? They cost roughly half of a vanilla Uni but student capacity is less than 1/20, making them severely expensive

Awesome add-on!. Hope this is a hint of more to come to this series. I love it!. As for what you could create next, I have some suggestions. These will most likely sound familiar because a while back I sent you a DM with these suggestions. It was actually when collection first released. Anyways here they are:

Boat house
Student Plaza with a statue of the Chriper Universty Mascot.
