A short tutorial video on the reworked government and civics mechanics introduced in the Stellaris Utopia DLC and the 1.5 Banks patch that is intended for new players, people returning to the game and anyone interest in the game mechanics. Utopia introduces a whole slew of new features like buildable mega-structures (including Dyson spheres, ringworlds, orbital habitats, the sentry array and the science nexus), traditions and ascension perks that let you customize your empire even further, factions with actual goals and interaction possibilities, specific rights management for the species in your empire and a rework of the ethics and government system.
