Theres some things I was told that I can't do much about, such as the occasional weird proportions as it's from the game and I guess I can't really do much about it.

Flat Top: has 15% chance to evade attacks.

[What's Next]
More Skills/Perks, I'm thinking something to do with planes.
Fixing the dialogue, it's not fully polished and theres a long way to go.
Minor art fixes and so on.

First Kantai Collection Mod of the Carrier with a distinctive Silhouette, have fun trying to survive the wilderness as so called "Ugly Duckling" of the IJN Fleet.
I made it because I am a fan of Ryuujou and I guess that's about it..?
