The State Accident Insurance Office, designed by Percy Everett in 1941 on Collins Street, Melbourne Australia.

An Art Deco Moderne building designed for your inner city/downtown, It functions much like the Road Maintanance building improving performance on your roads by ensuring Cims are properly insured against traffic accident damage and have roadside assistance when needed.

What type of building is this in the game? A growable office building or a unique building, with or without RICO properties file?
Also it helps if you describe the footprint. (2x4?)

Hello @trist14222, I just downloaded the asset and could find it in the content manager. However, it showed that I had indeed to buy the Snowfall DLC. Maybe I'll buy the DLC this weekend when I have more time.

Can't seem to find it. @Oak Street Local might be right about needing Snowfall DLC. Other then that this asset looks great!

Hi @Oak Street Local , are you able to download this asset and let me know if it works without snowfall? should be in the roads menu, I'm not use if the base asset was added in DLC or just free patch

Thanks for the reply! It's a pity that snowfall might be required. Being able to use this building would be a reason to buy the DLC for me though.

Very nice! I love Art Deco buildings! Do you need the Snowfall DLC in order to get this building to work?
