Part of Kansas City's historic Crossroads district, 2020 W. Baltimore was once prime warehouse space directly adjacent to incoming and outgoing freight lines. With the decline in rail transport during the late twentieth century, the building has since been converted into office and gallery space.

Ah, yes Kansas City was heavily influenced by Chicago commercial style architecture in the early 20th century, you'll find a lot of similarities in the buildings. Cheers!

Hello goat! Using a mod like Fine Road Anarchy, will allow you to lay roads over assets. The mod won't break your save games, and can be safely disabled at any time. It adds a new layer of customizability to the roads in your cities. Once installed, Ctrl+A will enable road overlapping. Have fun!
