SompoJapanBuilding RICO

In Sompo Japan Nipponkoa headquarters building, it is known as one of the skyscraper to play a group of Shinjuku skyscrapers.
In two-tone color of white and brown, building that hem in the form that has spread like a skirt. Some people referred to by the name of "Pantaronbiru". It is adjacent to the Shinjuku Nomura Building. Design is also said to have designed the Mount Fuji is a symbol mark of Fuyou group to model.

Asset has "Snowman01", "Snowman02" and "Snowman03" props from Snowfall DLC.... so it doesn't actually NEED Snowfall DLC. I can't see any snowmen anyway, so not a great loss (unless you are going to follow a CIM into the building maybe)

This is a simple sketchup import... not very nice. The roof might look ok in the preview pics here but it isn't at all. :(
And the red channel should be inversed in the normal map. The windows look like they pop out.
