He is, but when you defeat him, it ends the quest.

And yes, they're indeed though, I had 4 respawning at once. Imagine the pain :P

Those guys are really tough and then there's Pazuzu giving them extra Attack. Good luck if you're still grinding.

Are you sure that the Belial in Arba Town (Hero) drops the medal? I've killed 20+ of them and still not gotten his medal. I might be extremely unlucky tho.

Thanks! I spent 3 days going through the game again, re-getting the maps again and looking for the monsters in it. It's not the full monster list, just the ones that drop medals.

Awesome guide! Didn't know you were working on locations too :( I ran into a similiar problem with character limits in the steam guide, really sucked. I have a friend that pulled all the images of the monsters, but I think if I were to link all the images I'd have to break apart the guide even more. :/
