Thanks @UrbanArchit !
No I never published that building since it was useless (there was no RICO etc. back then). I would have it in 2x3.

Is that 1x3 asset on the workshop or would you have the 2x3 in this style? I use the Aberdeen Corner. I love all your work, and use them extensively in my cities. I've just hoped for some NY corner buildings for both ends to pair with the above NY-style buildings.

@UrbanArchit
A corner 1x3 is really my first asset I created but after some experiment, I realized it never spawns as a growable...so it has to be 2x3 which would be 2 buildings together.

@joeymozzer
I would say both but all my buildings are so far based on ones in Manhattan.

would you say your buildings this one and Krauss fit into the brookyn or manhattan theme?

@Darf
Thanks and thanks for your info. The only reason I have 1024x1024 textures is because I wanted keep the nice texture quality of brick on diffuse and normal textures...The prop has color variations and the building as well so there are possible 16 color variations. I made the sign as prop to have consistency to other props like disappearing and changing to the LOD at around the same distance. I'm pretty new to creating stuff for games so hope these makes sense!

Looks great! Thanks.

Great, little building, probably could have gotten away with a 1024x5122 texture though. I would also incorporate signs into the building. A lot of props will increase loadingtime. Does it have any colorvariations?
