Opening the Old Quickplay Menu in Meet Your Match
By EVDESTROY
NOTE: I didn't have a branding image so I just used my profile pic. Plz don't kill me.

So everyone is mad about them removing the old Quickplay menu, so I decided to make this guide, as they didn't actually remove it. It's still fully functioning and in the game for community servers!

Opening the Developer Console
The Developer Console, or just Console as most people call it, is a useful tool to debug the game and use many secret commands and also bind them to keys (for those f2ps that wonder how to make themselves randomly combust, its bind o explode, so when you press O, you go kablooey) In order to get to it, you must go to Options, then Advanced, then click on Enable developer console. Now, when you press ~, a black box will show up that you can type in. This is the Developer Console.
Starting the Quickplay Menu
Now that you've enabled the developer console, press ~ to open it and type

OpenQuickplayDialog

The old Quickplay menu should pop up, but since Valve removed all pubs (f u) we must set it up to load community servers.

Making the Quickplay Menu Work
Since Valve removed pubs, we must click the gear in the bottom left, right above the beta maps option (which doesnt work). You should get a menu that looks like this.
Now you MUST click the Community Servers Only option. Since Valve Removed Pubs, The Official Servers Only option will never find any results sadly. Now you can just play a game. The Beta Maps won't work, and I don't know if the Pass Time option works. This is a good way to easily find a great community game, so enjoy!
Just incase things go wrong
neato.tf/quickplay should cover ye if valve screws the ingame one.

This is an old tutorial. It's a shame that this no longer works :C As far as the link, IDK why it was shut down. Although neato.tf's quickplay will not work anymore, you can still see what the page was like here: http://web.archive.org/web/20160711070152/http://neato.tf/qplay

The ingame quickplay is now gone, and your link doesn't work.
