I really didn't expect this to work, but I guess after ironing out the route and moves necessary to get around the council room, it was a lot easier. Losing Timeshift was going to complicate it massively, but all I can say it's a good thing the game gives you the mini-Timeshift/Dodgeshift move, or this would've been much more difficult.

To pull this off, you'll need level 5 jumping, and you'll also need to pull off the load checkpoint glitch I detail in this video (it's incredibly easy): [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2feaIhm-sk ]

After that, you'll have to work around the piece of glass up and behind your starting point, since GlyphX set it up so it has a gigantic opening in it (the walls of the council room are very shoddily constructed). Then you follow the same route as in my Skipping Shatter video around the council room and to the fight with Barrakka Bahma: [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4USGkbo0Zt4 ]

I suggest you pick up a gun outside the bounty hunter fight unless you want to end up dueling him with just Surge, like I did.

This can be done without any cheat codes. In the video though, I activated god mode and unlimited ammo to reduce the number of botched attempts.

I also included clips of me picking up Timeshift so you can see the effect this has on the power selection screen, and also skipping Shatter to further confuse the game.

So currently, you can easily do a 4-powers run.
