Introduction

Welcome to our achievement guide for Total War: Warhammer! We hope our guide helps you in obtaining all of the achievements for this game. The guide is divided based upon which part of the game the achievement is obtainable in. However, if an achievement requires the purchase of a DLC it will be located in the section pertaining to that DLC. This format may make looking for a specific achievement more difficult, so please use Ctrl+F to find any specific achievement you wish.

We can't test every way to get an achievement by ourselves, so there may be more ways to get an achievement than are listed in this guide. If you have any corrections or additional information please feel free to leave a comment!

Grafs of the Empire
Playing as the Empire, win a campaign land battle with three or more Lords and Heroes in your army.

Pretty simple. This can be a combination of Lords and Heroes, it doesn't have to be three of one type. This must be fought out on the battle map, not autoresolved.

Reikscaptain
Playing as the Empire, have at least 10 Reiksguard units in a single army.

The Reiksguard will probably be your mainstay cavalry unit for a while in your campaign so getting 10 of them recruited won't be a problem. Put 10 in the same army for the achievement.

Leonardo's Daemon
Playing as the Empire, recruit a Steam Tank to one of your armies.

The steam tank requires a high tier building to recruit so it may take you time, but it's not difficult to get to at all.

The Ultimate Grudge
Playing as the Empire, raze the Dwarfs' capital at Karaz-a-Karak.

You'll most likely want to stay friendly with the Dwarfs throughout your Empire campaign so I only recommend doing this after you have already won or making a save and reloading after you have earned the achievement. Autoresolving the battle works. Furthermore, the Dwarfs do not need to be the ones controlling the settlement when you take it. As long as you occupy or raze this city when you do take it, it doesn't matter who actually controls the city as long as someone does. This will not unlock if you sack the city first.

Lady Protect Thee!
Playing as the Empire, raze the Bretonnian capital at Couronne.

Although not as powerful as the Dwarfs, there still isn't much reason to attack Bretonnia as the Empire so you might want to save this for the end as well or make a save that you can reload. Autoresolving the battle works. Furthermore, Bretonnia does not need to be the one controlling the settlement when you take it. As long as you occupy or raze this city when you do take it, it doesn't matter who actually controls the city as long as someone does. This will not unlock if you sack the city first.

Independence Lost
Playing as the Empire, occupy Marienburg and Gorssel.

Just occupy these two cities to get the achievement. I'm not sure if these have to be occupied as the same time though. Marienburg has a nice unique port which will significantly boost your income so it's worth going after early. This will not unlock if you sack the city first.

Imperial Architect
Playing as the Empire, upgrade the city of Altdorf to level 5.

Get Altdorf up to the max level of 5. This requires decent growth over the course of the campaign but you should have no problem achieving this.

Scion of Volans
Playing as the Empire, construct the Altdorf Colleges of Magic.

Order of the Panther
Construct the Knights Panther Chapterhouse at Carroburg.

A Matter of Aim
Construct the Nuln Gunnery School at Nuln.

Ar-Ulric
Construct the Great Temple of Ulric at Middenheim.

The Order of the Blazing Sun
Construct the Blazing Sun Chapterhouse at Talabheim.

A Nice Bit of Claret
Construct the Bordeleaux Wine Market.

A Few Mild Impalings Amongst Friends
Construct the Tournament Grounds at Couronne.

All of these require you to construct a building that is unique to a certain city. If you occupy a city or gain it through confederation and the building is already constructed, you will still get the achievement without actually having to build it yourself.

Sentinel of the North
Construct a City Watch, Tall Walls or Reinforced Walls building at Fort Straghov, Fort Ostrosk and Fort Jakova.

Have one of the required buildings in each settlement at the same time for this.

A Quiet Man
Playing as the Empire, research 10 technologies.

Master Engineer
Playing as the Empire, research 20 technologies.

Inventor-General
Playing as the Empire, research 30 technologies.

The construction of numerous buildings is required if you want to unlock the possibiltiy to research all technologies as the Empire. There is no way to speed up research so there is a set number of turns that are required to be played in order to research everything. Take your time and keep playing after you have won a campaign if you still have not unlocked these.

Elector Count
Win a campaign as the Empire.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.

The Most Enduring
Playing as the Dwarfs, upgrade the city of Karaz-a-Karak to level 5.

This is your main city and will most likely be the first that you get fully upgraded.

The Industry of Drinking
Playing as the Dwarfs, produce at least 100 beers per turn.

Beers are a unique tradable resource that can be found in only 5 regions. The easiest for you to take would be Karag Dromar just to the northwest of your starting location and Karak Kadrin which is a bit further north. Construct the unique buildings for this resource to produce the beers. Unless you have many upgrades that increase the amount of tradable resources you produce, you will need to control at least 2 regions. Also, Karag Dromar has an achievement that requires you to build a Renowned Brewery which you can get while going for this achievement.

Swift Half of Bugman's XXXXXX?
Construct a Renowned Brewery at Karag Dromar.

Brynduraz Excavator
Construct the Brightstone Mine at Mount Gunbad.

Son of Grungni
Construct the Throne Hall of the High King at Karaz-a-Karak.

At the World's Edge
Construct a Mason at the Misty Mountain.

Vala-Azril-Ungol
Construct a Great Hold in Karak Eight Peaks

Take the Oath
Construct the Great Slayer Shrine at Karak Kadrin.

Construct the building listed at the required site. Take note that not all of these are unique buildings.

Ironclad
Construct a Dwarfen Shipyard.

This is the tier 5 dock for the Dwarfs, however, Barak Varr is the only city where it is possible to construct.

Dibna
Playing as the Dwarfs, research 20 technologies.

Skilled Engineer
Playing as the Dwarfs, research 40 technologies.

Non-Traditionalist
Playing as the Dwarfs, research 60 technologies.

The Dwarfs have by far the most technologies out of the factions but luckily they do not take long to research. You can increase your research rate by finding followers and by constructing the Engineer's Workshop and Engineers' Guild Hall for a 4% and 8% increase, respectively.

Dwarf King
Win a campaign as the Dwarfs.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.

Accessories by Kemmler
Playing as the Vampire Counts, upgrade the city of Castle Drakenhof to level 5.

The city improvements for Castle Drakenhof provide amazing economic benefits to the region and surrounding regions, therefore it should be one of your highest priorities to get this city leveled up as quickly as possible.

This is Bat Country
Playing as the Vampire Counts, recruit a Terrorgheist to one of your armies.

The Terrorgheist requires building a Vampire Crypts which is a tier 4 building, as well as constructing a Haunted Forest which is tier 3.

Herald of Famine, Undeath & War
Playing as the Vampire Counts, recruit a Black Coach to one of your armies.

The Black Coach requires the Vampire Keep which is tier 5 and the Reliquary which is tier 4.

Morr's Mate
Construct at least 20 Lychyards or Ossuaries.

Lynchyards and Ossuaries are you general growth improvement as the Vampire Counts but upgrading them does not provide much additional growth, instead is creates more recruitment slots in the region. I only recommend upgrading Lynchyards to Ossuaries in regions in which you will be heavily recruiting units, otherwise keep them as Lynchyards to save money. The requirement of having 20 can be any combination of Lynchyards and Ossuaries.

Dark Academy
Playing as the Vampires, construct the Altdorf Colleges of Magic.

You have to destroy the Empire to win your campaign so Altdorf should always be a target. If the building is already constructed when you capture the city you will still get the achievement.

Mine Castle; Mine Home
Construct at least 5 Vampire's Keeps.

Vampire's Keeps are an expensive tier 5 building that provides public order and Vampire heroes. I found them to be less useful than the Necromancer's Towers so only build them in regions in which you need the public order or you have an extra space available for it.

The Secret of the Grail
Playing as the Vampire Counts, occupy or raze the Bretonnian capital at Couronne.

Something Rotten in the State of Kislev
Playing as the Vampire Counts, occupy or raze Kislev.

Unberogen Unearthed
Playing as the Vampire Counts, occupy or raze the Imperial capital at Altdorf.

Take the cities listed for these. Kislev may be the only troublesome one as taking it early will put you in direct confrontation with Chaos when they arrive and failing to take it before it gets razed by Chaos will make the achievement very difficult. You cannot just colonize the city, you must take it when it is held by another faction. You can also try colonizing it yourself, letting a rebellion happen, and then retaking it. Furthermore, the original owners of these settlements do not need to be the ones controlling the settlements when you take them. As long as you occupy or raze this city when you do take it, it doesn't matter who actually controls the city as long as someone does. These will not unlock if you sack the cities first.

Aspirant
Playing as the Vampire Counts, research 12 technologies.

Necromancer
Playing as the Vampire Counts, research 24 technologies.

Lichemaster
Playing as the Vampire Counts, research 36 technologies.

There are 41 technologies available for the Vampire Counts so you don't have to research them all. You can build Necromancer's Towers and use certain followers on your Lords to increase the reserach rate.

Vampire Count
Win a campaign as the Vampire Counts.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.

Shiny Fings!
Construct at least 3 Da Hoards.

Swag 'n' Plunder!
Construct at least 20 Da Hoards.

Da Hoards are your tier 3 economy building as the Greenskins. You'll want to build as many of these as you can to get your income up. Swag 'n' Plunder! is slightly bugged. You can earn the achievement by demolishing at least 20 Da Hoards and then rebuilding them all at the same time. You'll unlock the achievement at the end of the turn in which you begin constructing the 20 tier 3 buildings. Azerty831 states you can also build 20 tier 2 buildings (not tier 3) to unlock it.

I'm Da Boss!
Construct at least 10 Boss' Camps.

Boss' Camps are you tier 4 happiness building that can only be built in province capitals. This means you'll need to control at least 10 province capitals for this achievement and since the Greenskins generally struggle with happiness I recommend having one of these in each province capital anyway.

We're Stayin' Put!
Construct a Greenskin Stronghold.

Greenskin Stronghold is just your tier 5 city center building. You should get this naturally during the campaign.

Waaagh! on da Stunties!
Playing as the Greenskins, occupy or raze the Dwarfs' capital at Karaz-a-Karak.

The Dwarfs are your main enemy as the Greenskins so this should be something you aim to do early on in your game. Furthermore, the Dwarfs do not need to be the ones controlling the settlement when you take it. As long as you occupy or raze this city when you do take it, it doesn't matter who actually controls the city as long as someone does. This will not unlock if you sack the city first.

Waaagh! on Altdorf!
Playing as the Greenskins, raze the Imperial capital at Altdorf.

Once you've conquered the Dwarfs you will then be able to move on to face the Empire and get this achievement. Furthermore, the Empire does not need to be the one controlling the settlement when you take it. As long as you occupy or raze this city when you do take it, it doesn't matter who actually controls the city as long as someone does. This will not unlock if you sack the city first.

Big Boss of All Da Boyz
Playing as the Greenskins, occupy Gor Gazan, Galbaraz and Agrul Migdhal.

Waaagh! on da North!
Playing as the Greenskins, occupy Kraka Drak, Khazid Bordkarag and Sjoktraken.

Occupy the listed regions for these. I don't recommend going for either of these unilt you have solid control over the southeast part of the map. The northern region can be especially difficult to conquer and hold if Chaos and Norsca are both still up and healthy.

Raiderz
Playing as the Greenskins, have a raiding income of 1,000.

Good Raiderz
Playing as the Greenskins, have a raiding income of 3,000.

Da Best Raiderz
Playing as the Greenskins, have a raiding income of 8,000.

Entering the Raidin' Camp stance while in another factions territory will net you a good amount of gold. The larger your army is and the wealthier the region is, the more gold you will receive. So, it is beneficial to wait until late in the game when factions have had plenty of time to build up their regions before going for these achievements. Try to avoid razing too many regions as this will only make it more difficult for the region to grow afterwards. You will likely need at least 8 full stack armies but I recommend bringing more as the likelihood of you getting enough gold from every region is not too great. Furthermore you might want to invest in the Raider skill on your Lords which when fully upgraded will get you +15% income from raiding. I also recommend researching the 'Normus Loot Cart technology which will boost your raiding income by 10%.

Note that you have to have 1,xxx, 3,xxx, and 8,xxx raiding income, respectively, to unlock these achievements. If you jump from having 1,000 to 4,000 raiding income you will not unlock the achievement for having 3,000. Thanks to Belserden.

If you're still having issues, try removing all armies from raiding stance, wait a turn, and put them all back in raiding stance at the same time.

Little Tinkerer
Playing as the Greenskins, research 8 technologies.

More Luck Than Judgement
Playing as the Greenskins, research 16 technologies.

Chief Spanna Whacka
Playing as the Greenskins, research 24 technologies.

The only buildings required to unlock Greenskin technologies are the Goblin Tinkerer Bench and the Goblin Workshop which require tier 3 and tier 4 settlements, respectively. There's no way to increase the research rate as the Greeskins so just sit back and keep playing after you've won your campaign if you still haven't gotten the final achievement. There are 27 total technologies, so you can skip researching 3. I recommend skipping 3 of the technologies that take 12 turns to research for the quickest way to get this.

Get a Big Smelly Git
Playing as the Greenskins, recruit a Giant to one of your armies.

The giant requires you construct the Stompin' Groundz which is a tier 5 building.

Disciple of the Spider God
Playing as the Greenskins, recruit an Arachnarok to one of your armies.

The Arachnarok requires the Sacred Spider Groundz building, which is tier 4, as well as researching the Arachnarok Spider technology in order to train it.

Total Waaagh!
Playing the Greenskins, win a battle with a Waaagh! army as reinforcements.

As you increase the fightiness of an army you will spawn a Waaagh! army once it gets high enough. You don't have direct control over this army but it will follow your "host" army around where ever it goes or you can individually order it to go somewhere else. I recommend sieging an enemy settlement and waiting a turn or two for the Waaagh! army to catch up to you and then launching the siege for the achievement. This must be fought on the battle map.

Da Big Warboss
Win a campaign as the Greenskins.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.

These achievements require that you own the Chaos Warriors Race Pack.
http://steamoss.com/steamstore/app/404010/

Forged in Hell
Have at least 10 Chaos Knights in a single army.

Chaos Knights require the tier 4 Palanquin of Trophies building. This is the precursor to the Pillars of Skulls which you need to construct for the Siggurd's Inheritance achievement. Get 10 Chaos Knights in a single army and end the turn for this. Chaos Knights (lances) also work.

We Are Legion
Construct a Ruinous Warhost in one of your hordes.

The Ruinous Warhost is your main tier 5 city building. I recommend maxing out the Tribes of Chaos skill on all of your Lords as soon as possible to help your growth.

Siggurd's Inheritance
Construct 5 Pillars of Skulls across your hordes.

The Pillars of Skulls is a tier 5 building that slightly boosts your income and allows you to recruit Chaos Knights. The hardest part of this will be affording 5 hordes. I used two high tier armies, a mid tier army, and then two half-stacks of garbage units to support my main armies in order to help keep my upkeep down. I recommend maxing out the Tribes of Chaos skill on all of your Lords as soon as possible to help your growth. Once you get this skill maxed on your two smaller garbage armies you can then send them back north and disband their units in order to save on upkeep if you wish.

Damned Soul
Playing as Chaos, research 8 technologies.

Slave to Darkness
Playing as Chaos, research 16 technologies.

Approaching Daemonhood
Playing as Chaos, research 24 technologies.

There are enough technologies for you to skip three. There is no way to speed up the research process other than finding a follower that will slightly boost your research speed.

Archlord of Chaos
Win a campaign as Chaos.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.

These achievements require that you own the Call of the Beastmen DLC.
http://steamoss.com/steamstore/app/404012/
Through the Skin to the Soul
Playing as Beastmen, recruit a Cygor to one of your armies.

The Cygor is your only artillery unit and requires the tier 5 Darkling Council building.

Maze of Torment, Maze of Death
Construct a Cursed Labyrinth in one of your hordes.

The Cursed Labyrinth is your tier 5 horde size building. You'll need 5 hordes with this for the following Blessings from the Throne of Ruin achievement.

Blessings from the Throne of Ruin
Construct 5 Totems of Horns across your hordes.

Totems of Horns are tier 5 and boost the battle abilities of your units which makes it a very beneficial building. This is similar to the "Siggurd's Inheritance" achievement for Chaos. You'll need 5 Lords all with tier 5 hordes which will take some time to get. When the moon cycle comes around I recommend getting the boost to your horde growth so you don't have to spend time leveling up your Lords to get the additional growth skills.

Surprise! You're Dead...
Playing as Beastmen, win 10 ambush battles during a single campaign.

You must win 10 ambush battles in a single play session without autoresolving in order for this to unlock. You can get this by saving before an ambush battle and reloading that battle 9 times as long as you do it in the same play session.

Neighbours of the Beast
Playing as Beastmen, raze the Imperial capital at Altdorf and the Bretonnian capital at Couronne.

Currently, it appears that you only need to raze Altdorf for the achievement to unlock. Be aware that you only have to raze the city and that it doesn't matter whether it's actually the Empire who controls it or not at the time. This will not unlock if you sack the city first.

Calling the Warherd
Playing as Beastmen, win a battle with a brayherd army as reinforcements.

This seems to unlock for people at random times. To unlock it for certain just siege a walled settlement when you have a brayherd and wait a turn or two for it to catch up with you. Fight the following battle on the battle map and you should unlock this.

The Long War, the Endless Hunt
Playing as Beastmen, have a raiding income of 6,000.

This is similar to the raiding income achievements for the Greenskins. I did this after the achievement for constructing 5 Totems of Horns in my hordes. You'll need to have 20 units in each of your 5 hordes and max out the skills that boost raiding income. Also be sure to have the technologies that boost raiding income as well. Place your hordes in 5 separate regions (region capitals are best) that hopefully have not been sacked or razed yet in the game and you should get at least 1,000 income from each region and ideally closer to 1,500. Be sure that your income is in the 6000s (6xxx). Having an income higher than this (7000) may not unlock the achievement. This might not unlock if you try it in the mini-campaign.

If you're still having issues, try removing all armies from raiding stance, wait a turn, and put them all back in raiding stance at the same time.

Eye for a Ruinous Eye
Playing as Beastmen, win the Eye for an Eye challenge campaign.

Take the Eye Test
Playing as Beastmen, win the Eye for an Eye challenge campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty.
The Unnatural Order
Playing as Beastmen, win the grand campaign.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.
Wood Elves
These achievements require that you own the Realm of The Wood Elves DLC.
http://steamoss.com/steamstore/app/534331/

Sap of the Beaming Sun
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, spend a point of Amber.

Amber is essential to your campaign as you use it to construct buildings, research technology, and recruit units. This willl come quickly.

Heart of the Forest
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, upgrade the Oak of Ages to level 2.

Yn Edri Eternos
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, upgrade the Oak of Ages to level 5.

Getting the Oak of Ages up to level 5 is your ultimate victory condition in the campaign so you will have to get this while going for other achievements. Just know that when you do upgrade the Oak of Ages numerous Beastmen stacks will spawn so prepare yourself accordingly.

The Undergrowth Advantage
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, win 10 ambush battles during a single campaign.

Similar to the Beastman achievement, you must win 10 battles in a single play session without autoresolving. You cannot quit the game while going for this. You can however save before an ambush battle and then continue to reload that battle 9 times for the achievement as long as you do it in a single play session. Thanks to drypuddle for pointing this out.

Warriors of Cythral
Playing as the Wood Elves, recruit a Wildwood Ranger unit to one of your armies.

This appears to unlock for simply constructing the tier 1 ranged unit building.

Walk the Green Way
Playing as the Wood Elves, recruit a Treeman unit to one of your armies.

You can unlock this easily by recruiting a Lord that is a Treeman.

The Hunt Rides Out
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, win the Season of Revelation challenge campaign.

Ariel's Champion
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, win the Season of Revelation challenge campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty.
Glade Lord
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, win the grand campaign.

King in the Woods
Playing as the Wood Elves or Argwylon, win the grand campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty.

As with all the other campaign achievements, there are many guides out there to help you get these if you want to get them fair and square. If not, there are numerous mods to help you get them more easily.
Bretonnia
These achievements require that you activate the free Bretonnia DLC from steam.
http://steamoss.com/steamstore/app/534330/

The Secret of the Grail
Playing as Bretonnia, Bordeleaux, or Carcassonne, recruit the Grail Reliquae into an army.

The Grail Reliquae is unlocked with the Grail Chapel which is your tier III Military Support building.

The Dream of What Could Be
Playing as Bretonnia, Bordeleaux, or Carcassonne, win 5 heroic victories during a campaign.

Wait until the end of your campaign and you have a fully decked out melee legendary lord. Let one of your regions rebel (I used one with high vampire corruption near Kislev) and then use that lord to solo the rebel army that spawns. I recommend maxing out the battle skills on this lord beforehand. Also remember to adjust any items that your lord has equipped. A single heal skill can still go a long way. This must be done in a single campaign and does not need to be done in the same play session. However, you cannot save and reload the same battle to get it like the ambush achievements. Thanks to Ryo for confirming this.

Knightly Misconduct
Playing as Bretonnia, Bordeleaux, or Carcassonne, have negative Chivalry during a campaign.

Start up a new campaign and immediately declare war on one of your fellow Bretonnian factions for a nice -200 chivalry. End the turn a couple of times to get the achievement to register.

Where Be Thy Treasure, There Be Thy Heart
Playing as Bretonnia, construct the Abbey of the Grail Companions building during a campaign.
Blessed Be The Lady
Playing as Carcassonne, construct the Tower of the Enchantress building during a campaign.
The Brotherhood of Seamen & Pilots
Playing as Bordeleaux, construct the Manann's Dry Docks building during a campaign.

Take note that although you can construct these buildings as any Bretonnian faction, these achievements can only be earned as the specific faction that is mentioned. All buildings are located in the capital of the faction for each achievement.

Let Us Prey
Playing as Bretonnia, Bordeleaux, or Carcassonne, win the Old World campaign.

For the Lady!
Playing as Bretonnia, Bordeleaux, or Carcassonne, win the Old World campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty.

As with all the other campaign achievements, there are many guides out there to help you get these if you want to get them fair and square. If not, there are numerous mods to help you get them more easily.
Norsca
These achievements require that you own the Norsca DLC.
http://steamoss.com/steamstore/app/455040/Total_War_WARHAMMER__Norsca/

Northern Powerhouse
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, recruit a Mammoth.

The building for Mammoths is tier III. Mammoths are among your best units so you should be recruiting them anyway.

Tribal Chief
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, occupy all the regions of Norsca.

Just gain control of all Norsca regions by any means you like. Don't forget about the small region to the northeast of Kislev.

The Hunt Begins!
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, complete a Monster Hunt.

Master of the Hunt
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, complete all Monster Hunts.

Monster hunts are side quests that you can complete throughout the campaign. There are three technologies that you will need to research in order to unlock all eight hunts. These hunts will take you all over the map so it will take quite a long time to get them. Plan ahead and accept the hunts that are located in the areas you intend on being in to make the best use of your time. The final battle that you will have to fight for each hunt can be challenging so try to get numerous anit-large units (Marauder Hunters (javelins) and Skin Wolves worked well for me) as well as some Mommoths or trolls/giants in your army. I'm not sure if these need to be completed in the same campaign or not, but I did all of mine in a single campaign.

Troll Slayer
Playing as Norsca, destroy the Wintertooth faction.

Wintertooth starts out on the eastern side of Norsca so they're a little far away from you at the beginning. In my game they did not have any problem staying alive until I got to them. You also don't have to actually "destroy" them. Defeating their lord and then confederating will also unlock the achievement.

Home Sweet Home
Playing as the Wintertooth, occupy the settlement of Erengrad in Troll Country.

Erengrad is nice and close to Wintertooth so you don't have to venture far. Gain control of it in some way to get this.

Allegiance to the Gods
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, raise your first monolith to the Gods.

When you conquer a settlement you can raze it and devote that razing to a god. Do this once.

Not All Crows Are Ravens
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, gain total devotion to the Carrion Crow.

Where Eagles Dare
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, gain total devotion to the Great Eagle.

Every Dog Has Its Day
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, gain total devotion to the Great Hound.
A Nest of Vipers
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, gain total devotion to the Great Serpent.

Devote enough razings to get to 100 relations with a god. You can only get one of these in a game unless you want to save before you reach maximum devotion and reload that save to go for another god. You also get increased relations with gods by completing monster hunts.

Marauding Hordes
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, win a campaign on any difficulty.

Pillagers of the Old World
Playing as Norsca or the Wintertooth, win a campaign on Very Hard or Legendary difficulty.

As with all the other campaign achievements, there are many guides out there to help you get these if you want to get them fair and square. If not, there are numerous mods to help you get them more easily.
- Campaign Map / part 1
Beast Keeper
Have a special mount.

Beast Master
Have 3 special mounts.

As you level up your Lords and Heroes you will be able to unlock mounts depending upon your faction and which hero/lord you are using. Just keep unlocking mounts as they become available.

Appraiser
Have access to at least 4 different tradable resources through production or trade.

Factor
Have access to at least 7 different tradable resources through production or trade.
Merchant
Have access to 10 different tradable resources through production or trade.

You should be able to get the first two of these achievements on your own once you conquer all of the regions available to your race. For the last one you will need to have a trade agreement with a different race. This is easiest as the Empire or Dwarfs since they are usually very friendly with each other and able to have stable territorial control and relations.

Merchant Adventurer
Have a trade agreement with 5 other factions at the same time.

Merchant Prince
Have a trade agreement with 10 other factions at the same time.

Emissary
Have a military alliance with 5 other factions at the same time.

Ambassador
Have a military alliance with 10 other factions at the same time.

These are all easiest as the Empire since you are quite close to the middle of the map. The lower the difficulty level, the more friendly other factions will be towards you making this even easier. I recommend trying not to confederate and also trying not to destroy too many of the nearby factions in the early game. Once Chaos arrives almost the entirety of the human and Dwarf factions will become very friendly towards you making getting trade agreements and alliances quite easy. The only problem will be expanding enough so that you have access to trade markets with 10 different factions.

Conqueror of the Southern Coasts
Occupy Magritta, Miragliano and Myrmiddens.

Four Corners of the Old World
Occupy Fort Straghov, Luccini, Lyonesse and Castle Drakenhof.

Occupy or colonize the settlements listed here at the same time. These are only obtainable by the Empire, Vampire Counts, Bretonnia, or (possibly) the Wood Elves.

Pennypincher
Have a gross income of 5,000 gold per turn.

Skinflint
Have a gross income of 20,000 gold per turn.

Goldgatherer
Have a gross income of 60,000 gold per turn.

Easiest as the Empire or the Dwarfs since you have many economic buildings and technologies that can further help you. You can wait until the end of the game and just disband most of your armies to close whatever gap may remain. Take note that this is net profit (the number displayed at the top of the campaign screen), not total income.

Put Them to the Torch
Besiege and raze 1 settlement.

Bit of a Bonfire
Besiege and raze 30 settlements in a single campaign.

The Purifying Flames
Besiege and raze 100 settlements in a single campaign.

I found this easiest as the Greenskins but i'd imagine that Chaos is pretty good as well. Just keep razing as you complete your campaign. You can check your progress on the statistics screen. If you reach the end and still need more, just make peace with whatever faction remains and let them expand again. You can keep razing the same settlement over and over again if you want.

The Smell of Dinner, Burning...
Besiege and raze the Halflings' Moot.

The Moot is located just to the west of the Vampire Counts starting area.

The Curse of Praag
Besiege and sack the cursed city of Praag.

Since an update changed post-siege options for Chaos, this is now easiest as the Vampire Counts. The hard part about going after this is that you have to reach it before Chaos does as the AI is reluctant to recolonize that area of the map. You can also try retaking the region yourself, allowing a rebellion to form and then attacking the the city and sacking it once it has been taken over by the rebels.

Queen of the Wasteland
Construct the Port of Marienburg.

Sailor on the Sea of Claws
Construct the Port of Erengrad.

These are obtainable by the Empire, Vampire Counts, and Bretonnia. Construct the tier 5 port in both of these cities for the achievements.
- Campaign Map / part 2
Champion
Have a level 10 general.

Veteran
Have a level 20 general.

Paragon
Have a level 30 general.

General means Lord in this case. You shouldn't have any problem getting your starting Legendary Lord to level 30 in a campaign as long as you use them consistently. Lords gain experience slowly over time or more rapidly by participating in battles.

Heroic Ideals
Have 1 level 10 Hero.

Loyal Retainers
Have 2 level 20 Heroes at the same time.

Honour Guard
Have 3 level 30 Heroes at the same time.

Using your heroes actively as agents instead of putting them in your armies is the quickest way of leveling them up. I did this as the Greenskins but I'd imagine that any of the main factions will do. I don't recommend trying this as Chaos as their heroes simply aren't very good. I waited until the end of the game when it was only me and the Vampire Counts left and I constantly used my three heroes to damage walls, attempt assassinations, and damage buildings in order to level them up. You can also use the mod that disables enemy agent actions to make this easier. If you do decide to put your heroes in your army, be careful not to let them die in battle.

Seeker of Power
Have 3 magic weapons or items of magic armour.

Arcane Spoils
Have 10 magic weapons or items of magic armour.

Keeper of the Royal Armoury
Have 25 magic weapons or items of magic armour.

Treasure Hunter
Have 3 magic talismans, enchanted items, or arcane items.

Keeper of Relics
Have 10 magic talismans, enchanted items, or arcane items.

Meddler in Magic
Have 25 magic talismans, enchanted items, or arcane items.

You get these items randomly after battles. There are some skills for Heroes and Lords that can increase the chance of receiving an item but I didn't find those necessary. It should be noted that these achievements only count items that are not applied to any character. When you check how many of these items you have and see that you have way more than the required number, just remove some from your Lords and Heroes to get the achievement to register.

This is Troll Country
Have at least 10 Trolls or 10 Chaos Trolls in a single army.

This can be obtained by either the Greenskins or Chaos. Just have 10 of the required unit in the same army.

The Meek Shall Inherit
Get an Undead/Goblin/Chaos/Empire militia unit to the highest level of experience.

Militia units are the lowest unit available to each race: Chaos Marauders, Goblins, Swordsmen / Spearmen, Zombies / Skeletons, and Miners / Dwarf Warriors. You can slowly level units up over time and risk it being wiped out in battle or you can try to recruit a unit straight from the maximum rank. If you want to recruit one, then your best bet will be with Chaos. You can get a maximum rank (9) Chaos Marauder with the following:

-Lord's Gathering of Might skill at level 3 gives +2 ranks
-Exalted Hero's Exemplar skill at level 3 gives +3 ranks (you may be able to stack multiples of this hero type to get max rank with just 3 of these)
-Duel to the Death technology gives +2 ranks
-The Reliquary of Chaos building gives +3 ranks

The achievement did not unlock for me until I fought a battle on the battle map with the units.

Thanks to Xhal for explaining this achievement.

Sigmar Reborn
Win a singleplayer campaign on Legendary difficulty.

There is a plethora of guides not only here on steam but also on the other Total War forums on how to beat the campaign on Legendary difficulty so I won't list any strategies here. If you are struggling to beat the campaign even with the help of guides, then you can always use mods to make the campaign trivial.
- Battles / part 1
Lucky Streak
Win 10 land battles during a single campaign.

Master Tactician
Win 50 land battles during a campaign.

Taking the Initiative
Win 25 siege attack battles during a campaign.

None Shall Pass!
Win 25 siege defence battles during a campaign.

These all require you to play out the battle on the battle map, autoresolving does not count. These can be done over the course of multiple campaigns. You can make a save right before a relatively easy battle and play it over and over if you want.

For siege defenses, you can allow your provinces to revolt by lowering happiness and fight off the rebel armies that spawn.

*Siege battles are those with walled settlements*

Murder As Art
Kill 10,000 enemies in battle.

Slaughter of the Anything-But Innocent
Kill 100,000 enemies in battle.

Conqueror? God, More Like!
Kill 250,000 enemies in battle.

These only count kills made when you play the battle yourself. They can be campaign battles, skirmishes against the AI, or multiplayer battles. There's no way to keep track of your kills but they shouldn't take too long if you decide to grind them out in a custom battle. Play with Grail Guardians against Peasant Mob for easy kills.

Going Underground
Fight an Underway battle during a campaign.

Down in the Underway at Midnight
Win 5 Underway battles during a single campaign.

You can fight an Underway battle as any faction, but you can only initiate them as the Dwarfs, Greenskins, Beastmen, or Wood Elves so they will be your best bet for this. Just move your armies around while they are in the underground stance and you should easily get this in a campaign. I'm not sure if these must be played on the battle map or not.

Embark Upon Adventure!
Fight a quest battle.

The Journey's End
Complete all quest battles for a single character.

Throughout a campaign you will have the opportunity to complete quest battles but depending on how quickly you go after them or what factions you war with, you may not be able to complete them all for the same character. That is fine as you can finish up any quests you missed from the main menu and fight the battle with a predetermined army. I highly recommend completing as many as you can in a campaign since you can make your own army which will undoubtedly be better than the predetermined one. Take note that if you finish the battles from the main menu you will have to complete one more quest battle in a campaign for the achievement to unlock. This battle does not have to be for the same character.

Spells 'n' Skills 'n' Stuff
Use 5 or more special abilities during a campaign battle.

Abilities appear in the bottom left and right of your screen when selecting a Lord of Hero. With the update that fixed the Jack of All Trades achievement this achievement now requires you to use 5 different abilities in the same battle. Add a couple of heroes to your army to get wider diversity in available abilities.

Jack of All Trades, Master of Some
Use 100 abilities during campaign battles.

This is still quite buggy. It appears to only count the first use of an ability in each battle, so sitting in the same battle and using abilities multiple times won't raise your count. This definitely counts the abilities that don't use magic and appear in the bottom left side of your screen during a battle, but I'm not sure if it counts magic-using spells or not.

The Stuff of Legend
Win a campaign battle in which you are outnumbered 10-to-1.

The presence of heroes, lords, and monster units makes this quite easy. Perhaps the easiest way is to start a new campaign as Archaon and Chaos and delete all your starting units and besiege and attack the nearest Kislev city. Archaon can handle the entire garrison himself netting you the achievement. It also appears that you cannot get this if you enable the introduction for a campaign and try to get it during the introduction timeframe.

Outgunned & Outmatched
Win a campaign land battle where you have spent half or less on units than the enemy.

The nerf to healing abilities has made this a bit more difficult. Using goblins against Chaos may be a good way to get it. Also, I unlocked this by reinforcing an ally army in a battle against two Chaos armies. I don't think the game counted my allies units towards how much I spent, so the achievement unlocked. If you want to try and use a Lord, you can bring a Jade Wizard or Life Spellslinger along to heal him and help him solo whatever army you are fighting.

Shylaro suggested fighting an enemy army with units at low HP. You can autoresolve to get their units to low health, then combine or disband your own units so that you have few enough to unlock the achievement.

A Time of War & Heroes
Have a single Hero make 100 kills during a battle.

Leadership Test
Have a single Lord make 100 kills during a battle.

Bloodthirsty
Have a single unit make 200 kills during a battle.

Black Powder Pounder
Kill 200 enemies with siege artillery during a single battle.

All of these are easy to get in custom battles. Just make the enemy army a mob of zombies and fully upgrade your units for an easy time.

Fire Dragon
Cause more damage to a unit due to its weakness against fire.

As long as you use fire based spells or Irondrakes consistently in your battles then you should get this naturally. If you haven't then you can get it in a custom battle as Archaon against a Bretonnian Lord on a Hippogryph mount. Use Archaon's fireball spell repeatedly to kill the Lord. You may also be able to use other Lords or Heroes with fire based spells or Irondrakes in this fashion as well.
- Battles / part 2
Iron-Hard & Angry
Win a campaign battle, having completely wiped out all enemy units.

This is easiest to get against the Vampire Counts since when they lose a battle all their units die anyway. You can also get this against other factions easily because when you autoresolve against them sometimes their Lord is the only unit that survives. Attack one more time and be sure to kill him for the achievement.

Death from Above!
Win a campaign battle using only flying units.

This is easiest as the Vampire Counts. The VC have Terrorgheists and Vargheists which are excellent flying units. Take note that your Lord must also be on a flying mount in order for the achievement to unlock. This must be played on the battle map.

Gatebreaker
During a siege battle, destroy a gate using Dwarfen Miners or a monstrous unit.

Certain units, such as Trolls, can break down settlement gates by themselves. When you get in a battle just send that unit forward to break the gate for this.

Highly Unlikely
Win a siege battle without fielding any siege equipment.

You should combine this with the previous achievement. You can't build any siege equipment prior to the battle and you can't have any units designated as siege equipment in your army. Use the trolls or other gate-breaking unit from the previous achievement to find your way into the settlement. You can also send your infantry to the walls to use their ladders if you wish.

You can also use a hero to destroy the walls on a settlement which will allow you to attack without siege equipment as well. Thanks to Drasca for mentioning this.

Capture the Zoggin' Flag!
Successfully besiege and capture a city by seizing its victory points during a campaign battle.

This one can be a bit of a pain since the garrison forces may just rout before you even have a chance to finish capturing the victory point. I recommend having a large army spread out across the map. Have siege equipment on one side but have trolls or other gate-breaking unit ready to attack on the opposite side of the wall. When the battle starts, fake like you are attacking with your siege equipment to distract the enemy but concentrate your trolls and a good amount of infantry on the opposite side to break in. When you are in you want to get to the victory point as quickly as possible and use your infantry to block all the ways in. Try not to attack any enemy units on the walls because you don't want them to end up routing. I recommend attacking a province capital since they usually have a decent size garrison that won't break very quickly.

Charnel Valley
Win 5 ambush battles during a single campaign.

These can either be ambushes you have laid or when you get yourself ambushed. Obviously, it will be much easier to win if you are laying the ambush. Enter the ambush stance to set one. You can see your likelihood of having a successful ambush by hovering your mouse over the area of land that you wish to lay the ambush in. There is a skill for Lords that can increase your ambush success chance by a maximum of +30% which I highly recommend you get when going for this achievement. Even if the game says your chance of having a successful ambush is 100%, there is still a chance that the enemy could detect you beforehand. I'm not sure what causes this specifically, but it seems that the presence of enemy agents plays a factor in it. Finally, I'm not sure whether these need to be played out on the battle map or can be autoresolved. I recommend playing them out until someome confirms one way or the other.

Also take note that both Karl Franz and Thorgrim Grudgebearer have a quest battle that counts as an ambush so you can get a "free" ambush battle when playing as either of these two races. Thanks to Xhal for pointing this out.

*With the addition of the Beastmen faction, this achievement is now most easily done with them.
A Confrontational Nature
Play a multiplayer campaign.

First Among Equals
Win a multiplayer campaign.

Start up and win a multiplayer campaign for these two. Easiest if you find a friend to play with. One player can disband their starting forces to allow the opposing player to kill them more quickly. You can even use mods to play as factions that start closer to each other to make this go very easily. Thanks for Xhal for the confirmation.

Up For A Scrap
Play a multiplayer battle.

Armchair General
Play 5 multiplayer battles.

Armchair Emperor
Play 25 multiplayer battles.

Although these are multiplayer battles, you can get these against the AI. Add an AI opponent when you are creating a multiplayer battle and make them the Vampire Counts with a single zombie unit and give yourself some nice cavalry. Charge and repeat until you have the achievement. Also note that you just have to play 25 battles, not win so this isn't too difficult to get just playing normally.

You vs. the Great Unclean Ones
Defeat a CA staff member, or anyone else who has this achievement, during a multiplayer battle.

This is your standard "six degrees" achievement. Defeat someone in a multiplayer battle who already has this unlocked to get it yourself. Make sure at least one player gets a kill in the match or the achievement will not unlock.
