How it‘s done!
Step 1: Creating a Custom Resolution!
Open your Nvidia Control Panel.
1. Go to Change Resolution.
2. Click on Customize....
3. A window will pop up. Click on Create Custom Resolution.
4. Change the resolution to 1440x1080.
5. Click on Test. Your Computer will now Test the custom resolution. Now click on yes to save the resolution. Afterwards your monitor will switch back to your native resolution.

Step 2: Applying your Custom Resolution to CS:GO!
Open CS:GO.
1. Go to OptionsVideo Settings.
2. Change your aspect ratio to 4:3 and the resolution to 1440x1080.

But Finn! What about AMD and what if I have a Nvidia control panel but only 3D settings?
AMD users just search for similiar settings.
I do not have AMD, I dont even know how the AMD control panel looks like, so I cant make a guide on it. The settings wont be named very differentely... "Resolution"... "Customize"...
If you don't know how your system works, how am i supposed to?
I believe in you AMD users!

If you have a Nvidia control panel but only 3D settings, that means that you probably have a Nvidia Optimus system (Intel gpu paired with Nvidia gpu). A guy named Raieus was so kind to make a guide for Nvidia Optimus users: Stretched Resolution with Intel Integrated Graphics
Important:
If the game is not stretched anymore after applying the 1440x1080 resolution, go through these steps:

1. "Override the scaling mode set by games and programs" must be checked!
2. Nvidia Scaling Options must be set to Fullscreen.
3. Monitor Settings must be set to Fullscreen.
4. CS:GO Launch Options: -full -w 1440 -h 1080
5. Scaling done by GPU.
6. Check if your Nvidia Driver is up to date!

Also make sure your monitor supports a 1440x1080 resolution!
Results!
This will result into a higher definition and most importantly less blur.
Providing you with screenshots is useless. I suggest you to try it out yourself.
It only takes a couple of minutes, and if you're playing 4:3 you will love this resolution!

Enjoy.
