An Eclectic Style home, commonly found in American suburbs.

This is the first in a (possibly quite large) set I've begun for this style.

*Low Residential growable
*Level 4
*4x4 lot

Model:

Main model - 1,823 tris, 1024x1024 textures
LOD model - 124 tris, 128x128 textures

I think these are fantastic, but there are plants growing in driveways and walkways. Do you know what's causing that?

For anyone out there who was confused as I was - if you click the collection you can see the level progression of all of the lots. Levels 1-2 will look like construction sites and Levels 3-5 will look like complete houses. The thumbnail of the collection shows an aerial view of how the homes will look in your city. If you do not like the construction look for Levels 1-2 I recommend using the "Building Themes" mod where you can clone the Levels 3-5 homes and make them Levels 1-2 in addition to their already prescribed levels. That way they automatically pop up as homes, skipping the Level 1-2 construction looks. Though I do think it is quite satisfying to see the homes level up from construction sites into complete homes. It really helps to show the progression of your city. If you do decided to clone the homes, remember that you won't need to download the construction props and Levels 1-2 assets of the collection.

Do you have versions of these houses without the driveways/walkways. They seem to always look bad and I can't edit of change the sizes. Let me know. The houses are beautiful...the driveways just don't work...

Because I'm new to the game I'd like to understand how these will show up in the game and make sure they don't overwhelm the vanilla stuff.

So first question, does this replace any vanilla buildings? As it's growable, if I don't do anything once I have ti as an active mod, will it show up with other growables in the game at the same ratio of vanilla residences for it's zone? I'm assuming a requirement would be higher land values?

@Freshly Baked Barks Use the mod findit, sort by growables for easy access. Also suggest the mod Plopp the growables.

engineboy2016 - If you're placing these manually, being growables, the game's probably deleting them when it checks for the zone they're placed in. Try this mod to stop plopped houses from despawning: https://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=821539759
