Large water pumping station

The last water pumping station is done! This one is modelled after Lindholmen water works in Sweden and supplies a city of about 50.000 cims. Like the medium sized one it needs a road connection and employs a bunch of workers. I've tried to balance it, but let me know if it feels over- or underpowered. :)

For a long time now the dull colors of this building annoyed me, so I decided to update it. In the process of changing the general look of the building, I found the real building again and noticed it actually has this very dull color scheme. Staying true to that it's been updated with texture improvements for especially the pipes and roofs, and the model has been optimized and had rain gutters added. To my surprise these small changes have actually solved the things that bothered be about the building.
