Open the console.

Step 2.

Type in: status

Step 3.

Find your nickname, there should be a number before it.

Step 4.

Type in (without brackets): callvote kick (number you found)

Final step.

Expect to get your @ss kicked.

This works for CSGO as well!! I tested it recently.
You type in status
get the player's number
type in callvote kick 11 (or whatever the number)
Works like a charm. Love this command set.

I guess it doesnt work because you get a new number every game you join i think
