Conceptual Notes
- Crescent is now made to resemble a Hotel rather than an Office.
- Want the old Crescent back? Here is Crescent as an Office.

The Commercial zone with Tourism/Leisure specification requires After Dark DLC to be assigned. This building is in that category.

@Quad Rioters - Thank's! Most opposite that I am not able to use these both programs... It is necessary to use video guides. By the way, very beautifully you do buildings, the good fellow. I didn't subscribe for all your structures (though very much I wanted) because all game is hammered already and brakes terribly at start. Here I will remove superfluous, then I will subscribe..

@CraZy DoC - I use Blender for 3D. You can download it from its website or get it on Steam, both are free of charge. For textures, I use monthly-sub Adobe Photoshop. Make a good one.
