what do u mean 8346 highpoly then 508 poly ? does it mean it can changes the poly depend on my graphic setting or it only has 508 poly?

Absolutely. Another factor to consider is that the game/engine is perfectly well-equipped to push a relatively high polycount; look at all the 4x4 low-level basegame buildings that've got thousands of them for example. The thing that's really driving filesize/loading times is texture size.
