Hi guys.

This will list the skill checks and passcodes for Shadowrun: Hong Kong, in the same manner as my Dragonfall guide did. I have recently finished my first playthrough and these are the checks for the route I took. The path through the game seems to diverge at 2 points, namely the plastic-faced man and Prosperity Tower. All approaches have been included in the guide.

The actual values for skillchecks appear to change depending on the order in which the quests are done, so take that into consideration. People commenting about values not being right have clearly not read this description. The numbers are accurate for the order in which the jobs appear in this guide. From this point on, comments can be incorporated into the guide, so feel free to share your wisdom and I'll add it to the guide if applicable.

Plus, if you did it, you have also new conversation options, like telling the staffer that you're the guy who KOed the stupid elf, he'll let you pass fearing to be KOed too. other con goers will applause you for it too. Aftermath - Eti Shadowrunner: Request more nuyen to Kindly Cheng for the data (Earns an extra 1,000 aside from the default 5,000 nuyen). Available after you try not to toss the data as long as possible (Dangle the data in front of her -> the skill check appears). This way seems to give no money (it could be a bug) when you accept Qian Ya's deal.

According this guide "Skillchecks and passcodes" the most used tags are: Academic 16, ShadowRunner 12, Corporate 8 and then Gang, Socialite and Securite with 6 occasions.

While Gang is used almost exclusively at the beginning, don't choose this tag in the middle or end of the game. And Corporate and Security are used from the middle of the game, so it is not important that they are your first choice.

In any case, ShadowRun is an RPG, you should choose the labels that your character fits with and feel happy playing.

If you take Racter with you on the Whampoa Serial killer run, you can use him to inspect the victim as well as the biotech and conjuring check.
