Note : the cobble stone pavement is optional if you dont download it you get a concrete ground and with prop anarchy you can give it any pavement you want. if you still want here it is http://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=599471977

The original only holds 100 students and that is not much , i also made it come in 4 different soft colors for the variation . It goes well with the old soviet school and old acadamy(comin soon) as a expansion or just built it as a starting school .

Dunno if it was me (well mods...) or if pleaced near an intersection, it was put all over the pedestrian path, so almost in the street. Nothing Move It could fix, so no problem for me.

Updated it for AD changed radius from 62 to 94 ,radius is always good thing , placed bicycle holder and changed pavement .

the overlapping is no big problem .

The building is a bit too near to the front, so it overlaps the walkway from the road a little.
When the road is slightly curved, it overlaps much more.
In the original asset the building is a little more ahead.
