Descripción
The Chicago Board of Trade Building is a 44-story art deco skyscraper that was built in 1930 to house the world's oldest futures and options exchange. It features a 31 foot (9.5 meter) tall statue of the Roman Goddess Ceres at its pinnacle. The building's picturesque position in the Chicago skyline has attracted the attention of popular media, having recently been featured in the feature film The Dark Knight.

This is the 1:1 Scale version, which towers above the heights of base game buildings. If you'd like something that blends in better with the default game assets, check out my 1:1.5 Scale version!

**This asset makes use of my custom prop, the American Flag for Walls. I reccommend subscribing to that asset in conjunction with this one so that you do not experience any issues with this asset.**

Is this aa eye candy building? No tourists but yet cost $8000 to maintain. No thanks

BTW, in a 300k city, this building receives absolutely no tourists whatsoever compared to other significantly smaller tourist buildings. That might be what's causing the problem.

Considered to be game breaking since the crime rate issue absolutely ruins cities. If you could update this in some way to lower the crime rate and light up the windows, that'd be great!

Like others, I've had the crime issue. The vanilla Business Park also has had these issues, and it also draws many more people in than other buildings.

I'm no expert on the subject, but it would probably benefit the asset if the visitor count was cut down.

I have the crime rate issue too. I have a police station next to it, and have tried to place it multiple times. I think the police can't find a way to get to it.
