They dont try to attack while doing this, but when in defence or extermination( wherever it requires everyone beside Tennos to be dead), it gets quite annoying to kill it when theyre doing this, just saying.

Artificial Idiocy

This occurs quite often, even though, its AS, but i got to admit, i miss quite a lot of shots when they do this, especually when im using Boltor P. You can say, this is a random tactic they use to dodge shots.
