Radius: 2000
Capacity: 4000
Workers: 0/26/80/20
Summary: Is more expensive but cheaper maintenance cost than the university. Has a bit less capacity but larger radius.

- Update (v2): Fixed LOD, Decreased file size, Updated icons and tooltips, Adjusted stat.

@tjvelcro - It goes by monthly in the asset editor rather than weekly in-game. Also, all your suggestion has been update. Enjoy.

Cool looking building, however I dont think "-3000 less maintenance cost" is correct in my game its 480 cost difference per week. Also it would be nice to get a bit longer description in game of the building. Maybe something to remind that its a university.
