Loop-plan Neighbourhood Block

The ultimate grid plan!

A residential block template using loops, walkways, and arterial roads to improve both car and foot access. I've had good luck with very little traffic in these areas.

Notes:
-Make sure to rotate each one 90 degrees when you put it down next to another, otherwise the intersections get matching and may cause congestion!
-You'll need to delete some roads to tiles these, as it doesn't like to put down on existing.
-There's room in the center to put a medium-sized park.
