Then click the key (on your keyboard)you want to change ,then a option should pop up to choose the key you want to change it to , Do the all the keys you want to change ,then save it as a *.pie file .Then you load/run the *,pie file . You can save loads of pie files for various games and load the one you want for each game.
Sidenote:
Pie files are just like txt files ,but with a .pie extension.
The action key is either z or x by default.
whenever you got a side view the down key ducks, the up key blocks attacks from above and the forward key together with the action button attacks.
in the tunnel the action button and arrow key combo makes the character jump.
