Also what are your graphics setting on? It looks like you might have anti-aliasing on, if so, turn it off.

Also vn framerate, might I recommend this to help with the framerate? The adrenaline screen effect is ridiculously demanding on weaker machines, for some reason.

Yeah Assassin is now a Tier 1. One shot kill, but low hp. Makes you wonder what the anti-farm mechanism is now.
