you can make Dehumidifiers or pills to help, but I usually don't worry too much about it unless I'm doing a mission, then I'll just take a pill to get rid of it.

Cool, but how do you deal with cave sickness? Im new thats why im spaming with alot of questions sry about that

This is a really big cave, it leads to the volcanic area of the Prometheus map, there are several other caves "inside" this one and at least one of them has worms in it, but this area is free of them. The worms Do respawn though in the smaller caves connected to this one.
