Adds a vibro-equivalent weapon for axes.

On hit, strikes 2 additional times
Cleave cap is tripled

Each hit has the normal chance to cleave and dismember. Remember that cleave requires a primary-hand axe.

Use it with my "Cleave Bugfix" mod to better balance the weapon. Vanilla cleave is bugged and cleaves twice as fast as it should.

Add a two handed chainaxe once I can draw a satisfactory sprite
Add a unique chain axe to some late game area
