Yennefer of Vengerberg is a major character in the famous Polish fantasy novel The Witcher series, and the heroine of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. She is the love of Geralt of Livia and the adoptive mother of Ciri.
Yennefer of Vangerberg was a sorceress residing in the Adenian capital of Vangelberg, and she was the youngest member of the Warlock Brotherhood and later the Sorceress's Lodge. The lady from Vangerberg was known for her beauty, although she was 94 years old at the time of the Yanta incident. She often wears black and white clothes and uses lilac and gooseberry perfumes, while her violet eyes and jet-black hair are very attractive. She has a quarter of elven blood.
In the novel, on September 15, 1268 in the continental calendar, Geralt is killed in a massacre against the inhuman race in Livia (the Livia Massacre), and Yennefer dies due to exhaustion in his attempts to heal Geralt. Later, the unicorn revived Geralt and Yennefer through Ciri, and then teleported them to Avalon, the island of apple trees. This is where the Witcher series of games begins.
