Basically a remade version of Spartan VIs hellscourge mod with their permission also credit to him since i just added a few lines and change the tint of the image they made.

It now applies to two other hellscourge units the devoted marauders with whips and also hellstriders with the whips

It now debuffs -20% attack, -25% speed and notably -40% AP weapon strength,

this should shine through very nicely with the armored warriors and chosen as they are now very effective against low/mid armored shock troops like skullreapers, bloodletters and squisher monsters.

Nurgle chosen and khorne chosen still beat them although with more of a struggle and time so you have times to backdoor them with daemonettes or something.

Removed the -10% defence debuff cause then they are just better than the sword version in every way, as of the now the sword counterparts are still a bit better in killing off infantry like spearmen or low AP frontline troops.

They are both tanky frontline troops its not very easy to make them distinct.
