@Uglymunke You need to edit the Country Loc File, that normally being countries_l_[language].yml or countries_cosmetic_l_[language].yml
I do recommend that you make your changes into a Mod because verifying your Integrity and stuff WILL overwrite your changes, and only you can see them.
