From beginning
Let's get this started, at first some resources are quite hard to find but hopefully the ones that are "Basic" will be easier. some of them are right outside your spawn such as quarts, coal, iron and such. coal is the harder one to find usually, it's pure black and if you find the clusters it will have 3 loose pieces by it. Those pieces should be used on tools specifically ones that are for mining that you unlock with the scanner.

Basic Location
If you look on the right just a tad there will be a blue bubble, bring your handly little scanner to that place to get multiple useful things like a battery charger. these items are not of use until you build your own base so just scan and move on. useful tip: Carry a few 02 canisters before heading there as a small bit of food and water. a battery is also good to have an extra of as you need to scan multiple of same thing to unlock the blueprint.
Building a Home
When you go to build this you can create the place first and still get oxygen as of the patch at this time before getting power inside of it. Just remember you can't make the Battery to hold power or the solar panels until you unlock them. Once you do make multiple of each on the base, corridors on the sides hold the panels and the battery gets placed on the top and bottom of them as well.

1. You can not turn devices off to save power, so once you go past the threshold you can not use anything until you get more power though you can dismantle things to reactivate it.

2. my base was made next to the spawn as if you die You do not respawn in the home you create and if that power goes out you can not fabricate anything without the proper power.

3. Need more supplies? Don't be afraid to find them further as there are more blueprints out there as well such as a larger 02 tank.

4. Got a new cool gadget you wanna build in the base? Great! just make sure you have enough power, in the build menu if you hover over what you want to build it will tell you the power amount it takes and that will be your guide on knowing if you have enough or not.

5. Solar Panels do take time to charge up the batteries but as of right now day or night they will still give you power so do not fret on that.
End Tips and Tricks
Finally at the end of this guide, here are a set of rules before survival away from base.

1. Your Jetpack if you get it early is quick but can kill you just like enemies.

2. Pack food, water, oxygen, batteries, and health kits before an exploration. You never know what you will find.

3. If unlocked charge ALL batteries, run out of juice for something you need? Take the battery from the devices you aren't and use them for what you are using with the "x" button.

4. Don't let your ego get ahead of you, lose your items too far or by an enemy and then you're stuck back at the start of grinding for supplies.

5. Your save feature gives you a warning so make use of it, Use your saves as a lifeline if you make a mistake, Plan ahead.

6. WIP Card means work in progress, meaning it isn't out yet. Don't look high and low ingame and online trying to get answers. Devs could give a bit more instruction on that but let's be honest, You got this game for the fun of exploration or the danger, Not the easier side of things.

7. If you see a red area inside a little hole, for the love of everything.. Blast them with your lazer gun, wait too long and you won't have enough time.

Thank you for reading, if you find my review on the page make sure to add onto it or maybe just a thumbs up! Have a great day gamers.
