Hydra's Universal Compatibility Patch

This is a dependency mod, intended to aid mod developers with compatibility between mods.

This mod allows for civics, ethics, authorities and origins from other mods to be used in the requirements (potential and possible) of civics, authorities and origins without the need for placeholders beyond a single, very simple placeholder.

To use this for your own mod, simply add this mod as a required item for your own mod.
