ONLY FOR CONQUEST

Adds a new army to conquest.

I was fooling around in conquest when I noticed there is bunch of civilian trucks, cars, etc. When I though to my self, it would be nice if you could play as the civilians against any army.

Now obviously this is a very very hard mod. But not impossible, I played a few missions and it gets fun and hard really fast.

They use German weapons, all types of units are present besides flame troopers. And none of the soldiers have grenades. They also just use a white/blank flag.

Yeah, it's still bugged. Enemies are not attacking on defense missions. And Enemy is not spawning any guns or vehicles.

yeah it doesn't really work since the attack AI, whether you are attacking or defending, doesn't work. So if you attack its too easy and if you defend nothing ever happens.

Sadly it doesn't seem to work so far i've tested, attacking them and defending from them.
They don't call for reinforcements when defending, but they also don't attack.
