So, you install and run Fallout 3. The game launcher prompts and then the game runs as normal. But when you click on start a new game, instead of starting the game, Fallout 3 crashes to your desktop instead. Annoying, right?


Install this mod, it will patch the games exe file for it to use all your cpu and gpu potential. It'sa long process, but it worked for me.
