For everyone complaining about the horse textures, I recommend using a horse texture mod over this as a temporary (or permanent) fix for this, such as Fera's Tribute Horses.

Honestly the game looks the same to me I can't even tell the difference using this mod besides the added bugs, but maybe that's just me idk

Also some tiles are bugged in Novigrad
