This method is actually pretty simple: all you have to do is to download a save file, then place it among your save files in the game's folder, then you load the save file in game and voilà: you're playing as Street Fighter's most broken boss in history: Gill

1- First you need to download this save file here:

google drive save file[drive.google.com]

2- The save file folder will be located in your computer in a folder that kinda looks like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\22662101\586200\remote

- Notice that the number after "userdata" varies according to the user
- The folder called "586200" is the actual folder of the Street Fighter collection

3- Then simply copy and paste the content of the file you downloaded into this folder, overwritting if necessary "586200\remote".
- Note: I personally recommend making a backup of your save files before this operation

4- Boot up the Street Fighter collection and run any of the Street Fighter III games (any of the three). When the game is running, open the pause menu and select the load game option.

That's it: it will load a save game where Gill is already selected by the player 1 fighting against the player 2. Beat the player 2 and you will proceed to regular arcade mode playing as Gill

A few notes:
- You can't choose your super art: Resurrection has already been picked for you
- Street Fighter III: The New Generation seems to be the least buggy version of this Gill save game.
- In Street Fighter III: Third Strike, when you play as Gill, all your opponents in arcade mode are going to be Gills as well. It's a bummer, I know...
