You probably know already that in King of Fighters XIII there are a bunch of secret characters that can be picked by selecting a "normal" character and then pressing select over them. For example: press select over Ash to pick Saiki, select over claw Iori to pick flames Iori and also...select over Takuma to pick his evil version, Mr. Karate, right?

But did you know that the actual Takuma himself also has a color palette where he dons the infamous Mr. Karate mask but keeps his usual move set, as opposed to the actual secret separate character Mr. Karate?

it's simple: you just have to press the button select after picking Takuma by hitting the A button. Notice, that if you press select before actually picking Takuma, he will change into the actual Mr. Karate instead. But if you press select while the color select screen is being presented for Takuma, the color palette will change into new secret colors that include the Tengu mask.
