You really couldn't even see the penis. The image is so small. (Insert puns here.) But seriously, it's a very well-known painting, and it was taken directly from a game specifically to be used as a Steam avatar. And I've been using it for almost 15 years!

Meanwhile, there are literal porn, hentai, and hate-filed racism avatars all over the place that people are still using with impunity. Valve is such a mess.

I feel pretty sure I've seen "Not-see" images in avatars. (Butt I haven't looked in a long time, so who knows?)
