[CS2] Fake case opening radio commands (WORKING IN 2024!)

A guide containing updated radio commands for sending fake case opening messages.
I also included all the color options and some other message variations.

Requirements

Developer Console

For executing the commands, it's necessary to enable the developer console. That's the way we use to execute the commands.

Then use the (') key to open the console.

Context

In CS:GO, the command did 4 things:

Execute the radio sound call
Show the usual message for that sound
Break line
Show the customized radio message containing the case opening

But, after the changes, and now in CS2, it's not possible to execute the radio sound and neither the line break utilizing the character used before.

In CS2, there are 3 silenced radio calls:

Ping Site A
Ping Site B
Ping Middle

And these can be used to replace the sound messages, as they're silenced anyway there will be no suspicious.

And for the line break, it's possible to spam a character, causing it to be a entire line. Unfortunately it's necessary to have a whole line for that section in order to have the message formatted correctly.

The same command works for both CT and T teams.

Binding message to a key

The only way I was able to have the radio command to be binded to a key was by creating a cfg file for a single radio command and bind that file execution to a key.
If you know a simpler way, I'll be more than happy to update this guide!

knife_open_radio.cfg

It's necessary to have that radio command as a one liner inside that file, If not, the command is not executed correctly.

autoexec.cfg

Then just bind that file execution to the wanted key, in this example I binded it to the "H" key.

alias knife_open_radio "exec knife_open_radio.cfg" bind h knife_open_radio

There are 3 things you need to do:
1. Create a file with the single command in the same folder as your autoexec/exec files;
2. Alias a file execution (alias knife_open_radio "exec knife_open_radio.cfg");
3. Bind the alias to the wished key (bind h knife_open_radio).

Then you'll be able to just press a single key in order to execute a file that contains the radio command. And you can do it for different files and different keys with different aliases name.
So instead of alias knife_open_radio "exec knife_open_radio.cfg", you could do alias knife_open_radio_2 "exec knife_open_radio_2.cfg" (it's a new file, different from the last one), and then bind j knife_open_radio_2.
This way you would have the keys H and J with different radio commands.

Thanks mate. When you say “bind each file for a different button” - how do you actually toggle this? I followed how you done it above, added the files to the correct place, if I just hit “h” nothing would toggle? Is there a prerequisite to it happening?

You can have multiple files, each one with a different radio message, and then bind each file for a different button.

The file must be at the same directory as the autoexec.
Mine goes into this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg
