Doesnt work anymore :(

There are 3 things you need to do:
1. Create a file with the single command in the same folder as your autoexec/exec files;
2. Alias a file execution (alias knife_open_radio "exec knife_open_radio.cfg");
3. Bind the alias to the wished key (bind h knife_open_radio).

Then you'll be able to just press a single key in order to execute a file that contains the radio command. And you can do it for different files and different keys with different aliases name.
So instead of alias knife_open_radio "exec knife_open_radio.cfg", you could do alias knife_open_radio_2 "exec knife_open_radio_2.cfg" (it's a new file, different from the last one), and then bind j knife_open_radio_2.
This way you would have the keys H and J with different radio commands.

Thanks mate. When you say “bind each file for a different button” - how do you actually toggle this? I followed how you done it above, added the files to the correct place, if I just hit “h” nothing would toggle? Is there a prerequisite to it happening?

You can have multiple files, each one with a different radio message, and then bind each file for a different button.

Thanks, does this mean we can only have 1 at a time set up? not multiple?

The file must be at the same directory as the autoexec.
Mine goes into this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg
