Watch out for these achievements or you'll have to start a new game.

MIKAstle! Break the sandcastle. (On the beach in Orilla, a child is playing by building a sandcastle. Jump on it. If you're past the party, start a new game to do it.)
 
Mika the Teenage Witch Hand out all the witchy stuff. (You will have the choice several times to give your witch stuff to the inhabitants. Give them all.)
 
5 out of 5 stars Get the highest rating in all deliverie. (The electricity bill and the spark plug are the only items you won't get the highest score with. This is normal.)

For this trophy, you'll need to feed 5 kitties in the town. To do this, type the code “5505” into the mailbox. The garage will open and give you food for the cats. (Sorry for the quality of the pictures).
If nothing happens, go to the train stop above and interact with the panel.
 
Here's the location of the kitties:
1) Located near the fountain.
 
2) On the boat near the docks.
 
3) On a car near the lighthouse.
 
4) At the entrance to the town from the beach side.
 
5) At Allegra's house.
Races
All you can eat Complete all Churro Express races perfectly.
For this trophy, go to the Orilla fountain, where you'll find a churro stand. Talk to him, then finish all the races with a perfect score. To unlock the final race, you'll need to complete the main story. (Sorry for the picture quality.)
Fishes
Homecoming Release all the fish in the tank.
For this achievement, you have to interact with the aquarium on the port in Orilla and find all the fishes.

Where are you in the story? Maybe you're not far enough in? Or are you too far away? If you checked the panel, entered the code but nothing happened, I think your game is buggy. Try another savegame? :SF_CrimsonFleet:

Need info for "Cat-astrophe". Interacted with panel and entered code. Got the food, but the feeding bowls don't show; I checked the spot at the beach, entrance to town and at Allegra's house, but no bowls? :(
Do they all appear at the same time? Is my game bugged? :steamsad:

According to my guide (I don't remember the game very well), the spark plug and the electricity bill cannot be returned in good condition. If you've done all the other deliveries correctly, I don't know why you don't have the trophy. Sorry. Maybe you've damaged the spark plug or the electric bill even more? All delivery items must be undamaged. (even the one who already are.

It's a longshot asking here because I'm playing the PS5 version which has different trophies, but I'm wondering if anyone knows why I can't get the 5 out of 5 trophy to trigger. I have green stamps on every delivery except the electricity bill and spark plug (orange on the bill and red on the plug) and I have every other trophy. The only thought I do have is that I did actually damage the spark plug before delivering it, but I assumed (and hope) that wouldn't matter. I can't think of any other reason though, I don't really want to play through the game a third time so I'm hoping there's something I've missed.

yeah it's weird, you're not delivering it to the woman who says she lost the giant egg, the woman who says she put her own hair bow on the giant egg, the woman who says she's looking for the giant egg. nah, she can't be trusted with it. give it to the bird kid.
