This is a re-re-release of Standardized Vehicle Upgrades. This time massive code cleanup, and easier addon code!

I WILL NOT BE ADDING SUPPORT FOR ANY CAR MODS MYSELF BEYOND WHAT'S IN THE VANILLA ADDON!!!
Due to workload, the Filibuster's and Petyarbuilt supports have been dropped.
People are welcome to re-add these supports into SVU3 on their own.

I present Standardized Vehicle Upgrades3. A car armor mod that covers every single vanilla car. Instead of personalized armor for each car, I went with a more standardized approach. So the end user isn't forced into using the vehicles the mod author wants them to.

There are magazines that can be found in the world, read them to learn the respective recipes required for upgrades:
- Some recipes require for you to have read some of the vanilla vehicle repair magazines (auto manuals).

Simply enable the new "Zombie Items" submod in your save, then kill some mechanic, metalworker, construction, redneck, militia, raider, and/or survivor zombies. "Zombie Items" allows for these zombie types to rarely spawn the magazines.

- Balancing might be a little wacky. Feedback required.
