What is a beta dog?

Beta dogs are basically the first edition of a wobbledog, as originally wobbledogs was gonna be about raising monsters. Beta dogs are not allowed to have 4 or 0 legs, and must have a tail. They have a circle head and a pointy nose. Its very common for beta dogs to have wings or other mutations, too. Their face looks suprised, also.

Beta dogs used to be able to softlock your save on death, but our leader Tom has removed that bug! You are (most likely) safe to let a beta dog die!

Their rarity is very high, and ive only seen them in simulations where the other "normal" dogs have really crazy mutations. This also shows with a beta dogs children, where they have insane mutations. (the beta head is not always gonna pass down to offspring)

Getting a beta dog is hard without codes, as theyre very rare. However, codes are very useful to getting betas as many members of the community are willing to share beta codes.

Also, Beta dogs are not a glitch and they are fully intentional! Dont be scared to import one thinking its not allowed, because it fully is!

Beta dogs interact normally, basically being a normal dog despite the looks.
