Why BGMs in midi folder cannot be played in my player?

You probably have them from the games Midi folder, where they have the file extension .mid although they are xmi files. You need to use some player that detects the contents regardless of the file extention or rename them to .xmi and use a player that supports xmi.

I posted pre-installed file because installer exe posted in SUBSIM will run only in 16bit computer.
Others
--Set "Stop" after you deployed/retracted TA or floating antenna. GEE GEE GEE GEE GEE...
-Firing tube weapon on TRAINING mode will not acually launches the weapon, but it starts reloading process. Anyway, TRAINING/TACTICAL Key only matters on Training #2. Tomahawk will be actually launched in both mode, but loses the point if you hit the target with TACTICAL mode.
-Save and Load the game will instantly completes tube loading.
-ADCAP will travel depth same as ownship when pre-Enabled. When enabled, it will travel preset depth.
-DO NOT go backward when TA deployed. At 1kt backward speed it will break down.
-You can rudder port/starboard with left/right arrow key. Up/Down key have no effect on trim.
-TA deploy speed will be slowed below 3kt and will not deploy when fully stopped (0kt). You can still retract though,
-Torpedo have 5sec active sonar interval in search mode. 1sec when acquired the target.
-Decoy works for passive mode torpedo. You must use Jammer for active mode torpedo.
-when run aground, commence emergency blow. After boat gets positive buoyancy, you can put lever back before fully surfaced.
-Don't forget because of the fact TA is towed behind the ship, contact bearing is slightly offset (1-10 degree) against hull sonar contact bearing. You can confirm this when target comes closer.
- "XXX must survive" goals will be checked when you end the mission (transmit mission report).
-Periscope has about 7.5nm (15,000yds) max detection range.
