The maps below show EVERY room in the map using a console command. I only did this because I had to make a new save to track down each multifunction meter and I didn't want to re-highlight EVERY map manually. It also shows things that shouldn't be highlighted as a result. SPOILERS AHEAD
What is a Mutlifunction Meter Mk. 2??
Not to be confused with it's brother the Multifunction Meter (Useless), the Multifunction Meter Mk. 2 is the perfect tool for hunting down secrets that Selaco is hiding in her nook and crannies. The meter will beep when there's a secret nearby, and beeps faster as you get closer.
Level 1 - Pathfinder Labs
Level 2 - Water Treatment
Level 3 - Selaco Streets
Level 4 - Courtyard
Level 5 - Exodus Plaza North
Level 6 - None
This level does not have any secrets so there are not any Multifunction Meter Mk. 2 present.
Level 7 - Starlight Lobby
Disclaimer
The multifunction meter on this level is locked behind the door requiring all four keys in the Railgun room. You must complete the four sections of this level first before getting access to the meter in this level.

That's it!
I'm pretty positive these are the only multifunction tools in the whole game, but if there are any I missed please let me know. Happy secret hunting!

Thanks bro. Side note: If you try and take a Multifuction tool in the elevator to take with you on the train, it won't let you.
