MEAC gender fix

For those who wish to use NpcSpawner+ and My Enternia together. Will be removed if the mod author fixes it. This removes 2 letters and adds a duplicate sprite file (it's the body, since the body would be invisible without it). All "male" Altas will use male clothing now too.

Mod author, if you're seeing this, add duplicate FHairs to the reverse genders, so people can spawn "female" Altas without the dark eyes.
