it is recommended to use lotion but you can dryrub it but you do need tissues or something to clean your homemade glue

Lock your door or the door to whatever room you are in

Place the full length of your hand or like how I do both hands around your shaft firmly but not too hard

close your eyes and relax the muscles in your back, arms and or other key muscle groups on your body, and make sure to focus but don't think too hard

begin slowly moving your hand or hands up and down your length and as you slowly begin to ready your body you can pick up the pace slowly and in a way that allows you to have the most comfort

as your body moves before your mine continue carefully doing step 6 and as you reach your climax relax your whole body as it is important that you feel happy and stress free during your alone time

for other methods you can use videos or pictures to help you with your experience I would recommend music or some form of sound that further relaxes your but mostly anything can do but I would advise being careful when telling others of when you are going to use this guide as it is important for you to remember that your comfort is the only thing that matters
