Unfortunately no. I would like to have one, but there's a lot of work that still needs to be done. So I can't say for certain when I'll be finished with it.

No, that upload was created on the 9th of December and this screenshot was made way back in April. That creation is not included in this image. This screenshot is a map with a bunch of creations set up to make a scene.

My W.I.P city cover (for the Bricksville map), however, does contain the building that you linked.
