Listing Everything there is to do and get
What follows is as complete a collection as I can get. Artworks are based off photos of my playing the PS5 version, thus it has things like Fishing included as a standard. As such, fishing-related items, and some things like Golden armor, Dark armor, a couple of the In-a-jars, may or may not be in your version of the game. Here is an image to show what the standard installation is (on the PS5) and thus the version I am basing this visual guide off:

Do note that it probably won't be absolutely everything. If I did that, it would be the Million % guide.

Of particular note, weird weapons such as the knife and fork, and crossbows, won't be listed.

And I shouldn't have to mention it but I know for a fact some smarty pants is going to suggest it, but all other miscellaneous items and foods are also not going to be listed. Everyone knows Ultimate Healing potions are so common, and you're likely to be so godly overpowered, that all food healing items are worthless.

So once again, if that is what you want, you will be requiring the million % guide.
Everything
Important
If you want to see the images better, after clicking on them, be sure to click on the web link at the top of the preview to see the image in full.

For best results, view the guide on a PC or laptop, it doesn't display well on phones.
Notes
  • Glenmoril Witch heads - this is what I had left after curing the Companions, and myself.
  • The 3 transparent weapons are the Drain weapons (Drainheart, Drainsoul, etc)
  • The four books (starting with Dairy of Faire Agarwen) are the Ancient Falmer books (Dawnguard)
  • Blade of the Rift can glitch depending on who rewards you with it. It's possible to get a generic weapon enchantment (with a generic name) instead. If that happens just craft your own and rename it.
  • The Vagrant set (black robe with gold hem) is shown here with the twin weapons Soulrender and Bloodscythe.
  • Ancient Shrouded Set is identical in appearance to the Shrouded set seen here.
  • Linwe's set is identical in appearance to the Blackguard set.
  • My Dawnbreakers - one was lying on the ground, another was in the pedestal, so I ended up with 2.
  • Ahzidal's set is shown here with the two found Irkngthand War Axe weapons, although this weapon can be crafted under the Dwarven tab, so they aren't technically unique.
  • Skaal set obtained by stealing equipped items from Skaal.
  • Fur is included due to the minimal variant - for those that prefer to see more skin. Didn't bother setting up a mannequin (I ran out of mannequins), as you can see the contrast of armour and skin better here.
  • Stahlrim has a heavy and a light set, and Deathbrand already covers one of them up above. The second image is the 'heavy' set. The shield is classed as light, but there is no heavy shield so I put it in here.
  • Active Effects - not everything is listed here. More is available as skill points put into Alteration's 'Magic Resistance'... 3 points to get another 30% resist magic. I never bothered with it as I was pretty loaded with resistance after the other 40% listed here, and gear.
  • Active Effects - Breton Blood is listed here, but each race has their own passive bonus so insert your own class here.
  • Active Effects - I've listed Lover's Stone in addition to the [Warrior] stone. This isn't technically passive, but if you are skill training a lot you will probably be wearing the Aethereal Crown a lot. If not, insert your own 2 favourite standing stone bonuses, or just the one if you are finished with skill points.
  • Active Effects - Only one shout can be enhanced at any given time. If you don't want the one for Unrelenting Force, insert the Fire or Frost one.
  • Active Effects - Black Book permanent bonuses are listed here as well, but these can still be changed by revisiting the specific Black Book.
  • Enchantments - Two of these are from uniques, but they are not true uniques in that the abilities, well, suck, even with grand gems. They are on mining tools after all. So only get them if you absolutely have to. The only one that will likely give you trouble is Muffle. Again, it is worthless to use grand gems on it, but it's worth noting the disenchanted version is better than the Muffle you find on unique items. The only way to farm it is by checking random vendors' stock, and the best way to do it is at low levels, so it doesn't have to compete with even more enchantments for it to appear.
  • Alchemy - The only way to unlock all Jarrin Root effects is via a duplication glitch.
  • Alchemy - Glass Fish 4th effect cannot be random learned - you have to invest the skill points to be able to learn the 4th effect from eating it.
  • The fish list is all the other fish that can be caught that haven't already been listed in the 100% Alchemy list. All fish are apparently still alive while in the inventory, as evinced by the aquariums content added to homestead basements.
  • All Locations - I didn't bother with a full map as joining it all together and getting it to look good would be even more tiresome than what I'm currently doing. Instead, I've left the little-known secret peaks from Solstheim listed here. Getting all locations may seem trivial, but you haven't got them all until you got the 4 peaks listed here. Up for some climbing?
Weapon List Notes
  • Bows - Missing bows from the list include Drainspell Bow (already listed in the Drain- trio image), Falmer Supple Bow (only obtainable via in-game console, not possible in vanilla), and Karliah's Bow (again, in-game console only).
  • 1-H Swords - Ghostblade does not rack properly and will disappear, so it gets its own image. The sword list itself is a bit random... there are some duplicates from sets already shown in my guide above (eg Miraak, Nightblade), while still others that I have already screened are not listed in the overall weapon list (eg Daedric artefacts, Drainheart). Just know that I have listed all I can - it is all* ('all' being highly subjective and depending on your platform) here somewhere.
  • 1-H Swords - Ceremonial Sword isn't listed as it is a replica of Eduj and is basically a door key.
  • 1-H Swords - Honed Ancient Nord, and Honed Falmer. Visually identical, but a little better in damage than the original weapons. I'm having trouble acquiring these for a screenie due to being ridiculously overlevelled now, and only finding things like Ebony. Hardly worth the effort.
  • 1-H Swords - Phantom Sword is only possible through console commands, not possible on PS5.
  • 1-H Swords - Red Eagle's Bane is not listed - this is simply the precursor to R E's Fury.
  • 1-H Swords - With Vilkas's Sword, there's no point in listing it as it is identical to the Skyforge Steel Sword, so it can simply be bought and renamed.
  • 1-H Swords - Herebane's Courage is only through console commands. It is basically a fire enchanted Dwarven Sword.
  • Staves - Two lists here. The first is every common spell staff, the other is every unique staff. Staff of Thunderbolts is the only exception from the spell staff list. It WAS glitched in vanilla to be identical to staff of lightning bolts. I had trouble finding one - even Neloth's Staff crafting table doesn't give you the option of crafting it.
  • Staves - Aetherial Staff isn't listed. Who would choose this, or any alternative, over the crown? There are various Dragon Priest Staves but the enchantments are nothing special. Miraak's and Daedric artefacts are not listed as they are already listed in their own sections. Spider Control Rod isn't listed either as it is highly situational and area specific, with very little to no use outside of Calcelmo's Museum.
  • Arrows - Dwarven Sphere Centurion Arrow - unobtainable without console commands. Found in Calcelmo's Museum but you can't pick it up.
  • Greatswords - I've listed Honed Ancient Nord Greatsword of Scorching even though it can be made via smithing, simply because there is a general lack of really sweet uniques for this weapon type. It can be found in the Labyrinthian - Tribune map, and it is a guaranteed spawn. It will be there even if you forget to loot it, so you can come back and pick it up later if you wish. I managed to list every type of sword here. The only exception to this is Balgruuf's greatsword, but seeing as this is no different from a regular Steel Greatsword except in name (it doesn't even have an enchantment) the effort to get it (looting Proventus Avenicci right after turning in the quest) is hardly worth it.
  • Daggers - Alessandra's Dagger, as far as I can tell, is the only one not shown here. It is a quest item but it's not much different from a regular steel dagger.
  • War Axes - Several missing here, unfortunately. The ones that are limited to console commands only are Ghorbash's Ancestral Axe and the Illusory War Axe. They aren't worth getting your knickers in a twist though. The Ceremonial Axe, like the Sword of the same name, is just a door key opening the way to the actual unique, Okin. Other quest-related axes include Balgruuf's War Axe, and Ulfric's War Axe, as part of the War questline and also of little value as the skins are common. The Dawnguard Rune Axe is only available if you side with the Dawnguard.
  • Warhammers - Trollsbane gives a lot of people trouble so it's worth going for it early on, so as to avoid the glitch where the corpse it is on disappears.
  • Warhammers - Shagrol's Warhammer isn't listed as it eventually becomes Volendrung. Volundrung also isn't listed here as it is listed in the Daedric Artefacts screenshot list. It is possible to have them both at the same time though (thanks to Bottlecap for the additional info).
  • Warhammers - Dawnguard Rune Hammer may also give trouble, especially to those that side with the Vampires. There is a quest you can get from the vampires at the castle for killing the leader at Dawnguard fort (unkillable character becomes killable), BUT they won't give you the quest if you cure yourself. Not sure if it is still possible to get the quest (and therefore the item) by becoming a vampire for the 2nd time as I got it on an earlier save.
  • Battleaxes - not sure if it looks better or worse than other lists on here, as the Headsman's Axe was so tall it clipped through a shelf, I went elsewhere to get good racking screenshots... only the lighting was poor so I threw Candlelight on the ceiling... and then everything got blue-tinted. Oh well.
  • Battleaxes - Drainblood is shown in the Drain- weapons screenshot further up the list. Rueful Axe isn't shown as I'm sure you'd rather get the Daedric Artifact instead. Tsun's Battleaxe also is only obtainable through console commands.
  • Battleaxes - Battleaxes suffer from racking issues as some are wider than others. So you can't rack them alphabetically. Also the orcish battleaxe doesn't rack for screenshots - instead it is thrust into the wall, pointy end first.
  • Maces - Frost Giant Club is console commands only, and Scourge is a precursor to a Daedric weapon already listed in the Daedric Artifact section.

the duplication glitch is still working too, so no unique item is truly a unique ;)

But thanks for the info.

there is a way to keep boths shagrol's warhammer and volendrung, there is a YT tutorial but you have to put shagrol's in a weapon rack in any of your homes before converting it into volendrung, fast travel again to largashbur and activate the shrine to get volendrung, if done correctly shagrol's warhammer should still be in the weapon rack

Fishing Creation Content finished. the Fang was a separate image to jewellery simply due to not having 3 images on the last row.

Dam, that Ring of Kynareth gave me so much grief - I thought I'd accidentally deleted it and ended up (trying to) farm it up on a different save - and it turned out all the save swapping was not needed as I got it on my main file. Just really bad rng with the Dwarven Fishing Rod.

Thanks. I guess I was more focused on the different skins to begin with re: armour sets, I knew I'd have to come back for some leftovers.

An alternative I was considering, was if anyone has images to donate (especially the console command only items, to which I can't access on ps5) I would add them in and credit them to contributors.

Same thing for the ancient shrouded armour
