How to fix
1.Uninstall AMD Graphics Card Driver:
- Open Device Manager.
- Locate your AMD graphics card in the list of devices (it could be in hidden).
- Right-click on the AMD graphics card and select Uninstall.
- Check the option to Remove drivers as well.
- Confirm the uninstallation.

2. Uninstall AMD Related software.
-Click on Start and then go to Settings.
-Choose Apps and then Installed apps.
-Search for any AMD apps. Specifically AMD chipset and adrenaline software.
-Uninstall them

3. Disable Integrated Graphics (IGP) in BIOS:
- Reboot your computer and enter the BIOS (usually by pressing a specific key during startup, such as F2 or Delete) or use this handy command "shutdown -r -fw -t 0" (WARNING: THIS COMMAND WILL INSTANTLY RESTART YOUR SYSTEM)
- Look for an option related to Integrated Graphics or Onboard Graphics. (Look up how to do it for your specific motherboard.)
- Disable the IGP (AMD onboard graphics) and save the changes.

4. Prevent Automatic Driver Installation:
- After restarting Windows, open Device Manager again.
- You'll notice an "unidentified device" (which is your AMD graphics card without drivers).
- Right-click on this device and select Disable. This prevents Windows from automatically reinstalling the driver during the next AMD update.
